City of Louisville <br />Open Space Advisory g oard <br />NMIc ceitang MirllIggeS <br />March 20, 2006 <br />City Dail, Council Chambers <br />749 an Street <br />7:00 PM <br />Call to Order — Chairperson Michael Gheleta called the meeting to order at 7:05 <br />pm. <br />Roll Call was taken and the following members were present: <br />Board Members Present: John Carron, Ted Kowalski, Michael Gheleta, <br />David Waldman, Bret Harper, Kate LeMere, Tom Davinroy <br />Board Members Absent: Cary Tengler <br />Staff Members Present: Jeff Moline <br />Approval of Agenda — The agenda was modified to include an update from City <br />Staff on the North End Project, and was approved by all members. <br />Approval of Meeting Minutes — November meeting minutes were passed with <br />minor spelling modifications, unanimously. <br />Public Comments on Items Not on the Agenda — N/A <br />Motions Passed: <br />1. John Carron moved that the Open Space Advisory Board make the <br />following position statement with respect to the North End Project <br />properties: <br />a. The OSAB reaffirms its previously stated position regarding lands <br />suitable for Open Space dedication <br />b. OSAB does not recommend capital expenditures by the City of <br />Louisville to acquire lands within the North End Project over and <br />above those lands being dedicated by the developer as Open <br />Space, as those additional lands are low on OSAB's land <br />acquisition priority list. <br />c.
