City of Louisville <br />Open u Space Advisory Board <br />Meeting Minutes <br />December 19, 2005 <br />City Mall, Council Chambers <br />749 Main Street <br />7 :00 PM <br />CaII to Order — Chairperson Michael Gheleta called the meeting to order at 7:15 <br />pm. <br />Roll Call was taken and the following members were present: <br />Board Members Present: John Carron, Ted Kowalski, Gary Mansdorfer, <br />Michael Gheleta <br />Board Members Absent: Cary Tengler, Pat Hornbostel, David Waldman, <br />Staff Members Present: Jeff Moline • <br />Approval of Agenda — The agenda was approved by all members. <br />Approval of Meeting Minutes — November meeting minutes were passed with <br />modifications, 4 -0. <br />Public Comments on Items Not on the Agenda — N/A <br />Motions Passed: <br />1. Gary Mansdorfer moves that, pursuant to the OSAB's request for <br />evaluation and prioritization of potential open space lands, the OSAB asks <br />Jeff to evaluate all properties that are largely undeveloped within and <br />neighboring the City (with a minimum size of 5 acres), regardless of their <br />designation in the current Comprehensive Plan. The purpose of this <br />analysis is to develop a comprehensive evaluation of all candidate open <br />space lands. Some of the lands being evaluated may currently be in use. <br />Identification and acquisition of some high priority parcels might therefore <br />depend upon a willing seller. Ted Kowalski seconded the motion, which <br />passed 4 -0. <br />Discussion Items from this Meeting <br />1. Staff Updates (Jeff Moline) Update and brief discussion of trail projects <br />(Davidson Mesa).
