They would like a letter of support from the Board. Jeff said he would draft a letter and have Bob Muckel edit the letter and sign it. The Board agreed to that arrangement. Agenda items Review Open Space Rules and Regulations: Jeff Moline presented the edits that were made from comments made at the last meeting. Additional comments include: section I. should change to "during closed hours" section R. Make sure City Attorney looks at this section section M. Remove "To" at the start of the paragraph sections A -E. Make the "consent" statement consistent throughout the document. Use section C. as the template. In general, define who the "Director" is. Wayne Varra stated that he would like to see hunting allowed on some of Boulder County Open Space. He understands that Louisville doesn't have large enough tracts to support hunting, but the thinks the County should consider it. Wayne Varra made a motion to accept the Open Space Rules and Regulations with the above mentioned changes. Michael Gheleta seconded the motion. Board all in favor.
