Wayne Varra said that, while he wasn't at the meeting where the resolution was adopted, he felt that the land should be used for retail and office uses at a later time. He noted that present Broomfield retail areas are not fully leased but that in the future the area would support more of those uses. 2.Preparation for Open Space Master Plan Presentation -Matt Jones noted that the compromise reached on Davidson Mesa was in the plan and urged that all board members attend the city council meeting rescheduled for January 6, 2004. Adjournment The meeting adjourned at 7:30 p.m. The next meeting of the Louisville Open Space Advisory Board will be held on January 19,2004 at 7:00 p.m. at the Louisville Public Library.
