Louisville Open Space Citizens Advisory Board Meeting <br />7:00 p.m. <br />Monday, November 17, 2003 <br />Louisville Public Library <br />950 Spruce <br />Louisville, CO 80027 <br />Attendance: Matt Jones, Pat Hornbostel, Gary Mansdorfer, Bob Muckle, Cary Tengler, <br />Wayne Varra <br />Also in attendance: Cindy Lair, City staff and Patrick Malone, Boulder Country staff <br />Matt Jones called the meeting to order at 7:05 p.m. <br />November 3, 2003 minutes were passed, 6 -0, with changes. <br />Motions and recommendations made during the November 17`h meeting <br />1. See below for motions on Jointly Owned Open Space Properties. <br />2. See below for motions on Louisville Open Space Properties. <br />None. <br />Updates from Board <br />Updates from Staff <br />Cindy Lair noted that the Louisville City Council has tentatively approved budget for the <br />hiring of an Open Space Resource Specialist. Position duties will include educational <br />activities, weed management and mapping, and prairie dog management and mapping <br />among other things. Ms. Lair anticipates this staffer will work closely with the <br />LOSCAB, but mentioned that code enforcement duties have not yet been included in the <br />discussion of this position. <br />Matters from Public not on the agenda <br />None. <br />
