Louisville Open Space Citizens Advisory Board Meeting <br />6:45 p.m. <br />Monday, Sept. 11, 2000 <br />Louisville Recreation Center <br />700 W Via Appia <br />Louisville, CO 80027 <br />7:00 Meeting <br />Attendance: Matt Jones, Pat Hornbostel, Heidi Ochis, Bill Van Orman, Susan Remington <br />Also in attendance: Steve Baysinger, City Staff, Eric Stone, Prairie Dog consulting biologist to <br />Louisville, Melanie Muckle, Chip Heldman, Caryl Shields, Jean Morgan, Bill Eeds, Jim Cummings <br />(and others that did not sign in), Louisville. <br />Minutes <br />Matt Jones called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. and called for any corrections to the Aug.21 st <br />minutes. <br />Add locations that were visited on the site visit: Warembourg (along 96th and along the Coal Creek <br />Trail off W. Cherry Street) and Davidson Mesa. <br />Correction: First sentence under Minutes should read: ... any corrections to the July 10th minutes. <br />Matt Jones moved to adopt the minutes as amended, seconded by Pat Hornbostel. All in favor. <br />Matters From Staff <br />Steve Baysinger addressed weed control issues. <br />Cindy Owsley, Boulder County Parks and Open Space weed specialist wrote a memo on Noxious <br />Weed Management on Louisville Open Space. Steve will try to apply a budget to the management <br />suggestions made in the memo. <br />Steve Baysinger also met with Dave Webber, Colorado Division of Wildlife to get an estimate on the <br />amount of Purple Loosestrife in Louisville.
