Renewal Application –Union Jack Liquor, Inc. d/b/a Union Jack <br /> Liquor –Retail Liquor Store License –1160 South Boulder Road <br /> B. Renewal Application –Tibet’s Restaurant and Bar, LLC d/b/a <br /> Tibet’s Restaurant and Bar –Hotel and Restaurant Liquor License <br /> –321 McCaslin Blvd. <br />Wilsoncalled for any changes to the consent agenda. Liptonmoved the consent <br />agenda be approved. Machadoseconded. All in favor. Consent agenda <br />approved. <br />Authority Business <br />. <br /> AShow Cause Hearing –Richard N. Hand LLC d/b/a Ralphie’s <br /> Sports Tavern –Hotel and Restaurant Liquor License –585 <br /> South Boulder Road <br />Chairperson Wilson opened the show cause hearing and commented there was <br />a stipulation and orderto be presented. Kristin Brown, Special Prosecutor, <br />introduced herself to the Authority. She reported a stipulation and agreement <br />had been reached and requested Authority approval. <br />Ms. Brown outlined the stipulation. It stipulated a guilty plea to the violations <br />concerning serving to a visibly intoxicated person and dismissed the Colorado <br />Code of Regulations violation concerning conduct of the establishment. It <br />requires the licensee to serve a28day suspension with 16days held in <br />abeyance for one year from the date of the stipulation,andthe12active daysof <br />suspension being served as follows: <br />-Sept. 30, 2012 at 12:00 a.m. –Oct. 3, 2012 at 11:59 p.m.; <br />-Oct. 7, 2012 at 12:00 a.m. –Oct. 10, 2012 at 11:59 p.m.; <br />-Oct. 15, 2012 at 12:00 a.m. –Oct. 16, 2012 at 11:59 p.m.; <br />-Oct. 22, 2012 at 12:00 a.m. –Oct. 23, 2012 at 11:59 p.m. <br />The stipulation requiredemployees to complete training and provide proofto the <br />Authority Secretary.It included the requirement for the licensee to post the <br />premises during the suspension periods. <br />Adam Stapen, Attorney for the Licensee, introduced himself to the Authority. He <br />stated the licensee is conscientious and committed to managing the <br />establishment in the right way.The licensee was in attendance to take <br />responsibility forthe violations and wanted the Authority to know the staff <br />involved in this incident had been fired. <br /> <br />
