Wilson seconded. Roll Call Vote: Machado -yes, <br />Lipton –yes, Rommelfanger –yes and Wilson –yes. <br /> <br />Police Department Reports <br />A.Incident Report –8/18/12 –Ralphie’s <br />An officer found an occupied vehicle in the parking lot, running but stationary. <br />Sergeant Lanphere had asked the Authority to continue this item to allow the <br />Police Department to complete the liquor investigation. Kelly Cates, 6520 <br />Coors Street, Arvada, CO 80004, wanted an opportunity to speak to the <br />Authority. He is employed by Ralphie’s and was present the night of the <br />incident. He reported watchingthe patron involved in this incident and saw <br />no visible signs of intoxication during the evening. The patron left the <br />establishment around 11:15 PM and was not contacted by the police until <br />1:00 AM. <br />th <br />Dan Delcarpio, 8259 W. 90Place, Westminster, CO 80021, introduced <br />himself to the Authority. He stated he is a manager at Ralphie’s and <br />explained the establishment has a policy of not releasing receipts until the <br />owner okays it and has an opportunity to conduct an internal investigation. If <br />the tab reflects drinks bought for other people or a combined tab, they want <br />to have that information available. Machado inquired if they would change a <br />receipt if they found out drinks were purchased for other individuals, not <br />solely for the individual in question. The answer was they would not change <br />the receipt, just have an explanation ready. <br />Authority members agreed no further action needed to be taken by the <br />Authority. <br />Secretary’s Report <br />Secretary Hanson reported there were 18 attendees at the seller/server training; <br />11 being from Louisville establishments. She noted Flatirons Discount Liquor <br />which is now located in the Lone Tree Sam’s Club, sent four attendees. <br />Sergeant Lanphere commented he was glad to have this liquor store attend. The <br />number and variety of establishments helps to keep the training interesting. <br />Hanson statedthe study session with CityCouncil resulted in sincere thanks to <br />all the Authority members. Once again, Council members felt not hearing much <br /> <br />
