<br />RESOLUTION NO. 55 <br />SERIES 1995 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING A <br />FINAL PUD DEVELOPMENT PLAN FOR <br />KINDERCARE <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there has been submitted to the Louisville City Council by KinderCare a <br />request for approval of a Final PUD Development Plan for Centennial Valley Parcel G, Lot 7; <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, all materials related to the Final PUD Development Plan have been reviewed <br />by City Staff and the Planning Commission and found to be in compliance with the Louisville <br />zoning ordinances, and subdivision regulations; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, after a properly advertised public hearing concerning said Final PUD <br />Development Plan, the Planning Commission recommended to the City Council approval with <br />conditions; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council finds that said Final Subdivision Plat and Final PUD <br />Development Plan for KinderCare Learning Center should be approved subject to the following <br />condition: <br /> <br />1. Vacation of the landscape easement at corner of McCaslin Boulevard and <br />Centennial Parkway by Homan shall be finalized prior to the issue of a <br />Certificate of Occupancy; <br /> <br />2. The PUD Landscape Plan shall be revised to reflect the incorporation of landscape <br />berms, boulders, and irrigated ground cover at the nonheast corner of the site <br />plan; <br /> <br />3. Wall packs shall be prohibited on the building; <br />
