<br />RESOLUTION NO. 52 <br />SERIES 1995 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING A FINAL SUBDIVISION PLAT <br />AND A FINAL PUD DEVELOPMENT PLAN FOR <br />NEODATA SERVICES, INC. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there has been submitted to the Louisville City Council by Neodata Services, <br />Inc. a request for approval of a Final Subdivision Plat and a Final PUD Development Plan for <br />Centennial Valley Filing No.3; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, all materials related to the Final Subdivision Plat and Final PUD <br />Development Plan have been reviewed by City Staff and the Planning Commission and found to <br />be in compliance with the Louisville zoning ordinances, and subdivision regulations; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, after a properly advertised public hearing concerning said Final Subdivision <br />Plat and Final PUD Development Plan, the Planning Commission recommended to the City <br />Council approval with conditions; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council finds that said Final Subdivision Plat and Final PUD <br />Development Plan for Neodata Services, Inc. should be approved subject to the following <br />condition: <br /> <br />1. Applicant is to provide irrigated turfgrass in lieu of prairie grass seed in the <br />streetscape zone between Centennial Parkway and the end of the parking <br />rows; <br /> <br />2. New deciduous trees shall be a minimum caliper of 2". Dead and dying trees shall <br />be replaced with a minimum Qf 2" caliper for deciduous trees, 6' minimum height <br />for coniferous trees. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of <br />Louisville, Colorado does hereby approve the Final Subdivision Plat and Final PUD Development <br />Plan for Neodata Services, Inc. <br /> <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED this 3rd day of October, 1995, <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />BY:~~q_r <br />Tom Davidson, Mayor <br />City of Louisville, Colorado <br /> <br />
