<br />RESOLUTION NO. 46 <br />SERIES 1995 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING <br />A FINAL PUD DEVELOPMENT PLAN FOR <br />MARK WILLIAMS ENTERPRISES <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there has been submitted to the Louisville City Council by Mark Williams <br />Enterprises, a Final PUD Development Plan for Mark Williams Enterprises; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, all materials related to the Final PUD Development Plan have been reviewed <br />by City Staff and the Planning Commission and found to be in compliance with the Louisville <br />zoning ordinances, subdivision regulations, and related policies; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, after a properly advertised public hearing concerning said Final PUD <br />Development Plan, the Planning Commission recommended to the City Council approval; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council finds that said Final PUD Development Plan for Mark <br />Williams Enterprises should be approved, subject to the following conditions: <br /> <br />1. Five gallon, drought tolerant, deciduous shrubs, a minimum offour feet on <br />center, shall be added along the east edge of the parking area adjacent to <br />S. Pierce Avenue; <br /> <br />2. A final drainage report in substantial conformance with City's Storm Drainage <br />Design Criteria must be approved by the City Engineer prior to City Council <br />approval; <br /> <br />3. A lighting plan shall be provided prior to City Council approval; <br /> <br />4. Delete reference to the existing tree being relocated from the plan. <br />
