• <br />• <br />December 5, 2002 <br />Louisville Horticulture & Forestry Advisory Board <br />Susan called meeting to order; Judith called to accept minutes, David 2 ". Group approved. <br />In attendance: Dave Sexton, Betty, Mike and Terry. Public: None <br />Old Business <br />Commercial Landscape Design Guideline Review <br />Reviewed Terry Cook's questions documented in the comments from HFAB's meetings on the guidelines. Terry is <br />to revise the board's recommendations and re- distribute to all. <br />No guidelines for irrigation design. Need to incorporate a requirement for irrigation plan with the landscape plan. <br />Terry will attempt to lift existing guidelines off city website and edit with change tools implemented to show <br />revisions. She will e-mail the recommendations to Paul Wood of the Planning Commission. <br />Police Building <br />12/10 public review is still scheduled, however the plans have not been given to Dave Sexton. Susan did get a copy <br />of the original plan and documented considerable plant material changes. For instance, the existing plan has Tammy <br />Junipers too close to sidewalks. HFAB to show up in force for the meeting if it remains on the agenda. <br />New Business <br />Drought Guidelines <br />The meeting ran late and the board did not have time to discuss. <br />January Meeting <br />January meeting will be moved to January 9 due to holiday week. <br />Adjournment <br />7:30PM. <br />
