Turner to summarize our
recommendations in a rough draft- to be sent to Ariniello for revision.
4. Discussed plant list. Edwards pointed out that the past boards put a lot of work into
developing plant lists- by committee. Board agreed we should work from these lists and
the Native Plant Society lists. Spaulding, Solek and Frontczak to get together to develop
a possible fmal list before December meeting.
5. Edwards made an appeal that plans and monies already in existence by utilized as soon as
possible at the arboretum. She specifically mentioned a $500 donation that has never
been used for a rose garden, as well as plans for an interpretive area.
6. Meeting adjourned at 7:00 p.m.
7. Next meeting will be Thursday, December 6, 2001, 5:30 at the Recreation Center.
