She expressed appreciation to board and <br />staff; noting that there have been some frustrations: TIF revenues not as strong as hoped; <br />RTD/FasTracks uncertainty; private capital moving slow. Nevertheless it is a great town and <br />encouraged LRC to appreciate what you have and don't overreach. Remember that <br />government does not create jobs and it is not the best developer. On a personal note, one <br />of best things about the job is that you step outside city hall and you are on Main Street.
