Revitalization Commission
Minutes
DATE
Page 3of 3
Karl stated that anything LRC can do to speed up construction will be
considered. Troy noted there are other projects in the study area that
will likely generate revenue before DELO.
There was a general discussion on ideas for how to speed up the
Underpass construction, what could keep development moving forward
with or without the Underpass staying on schedule, and the financial
implications of this.
Karl suggested we move the discussion of the Ft. CollinsURA
application until the Oct. 22 meeting. Aaron would like members to
provide comments on the Ft. Collins example for the Oct. 22 meeting.
Commissioners’ Comments
–Suggestion was made that representatives from
both the Arnold property and DELO be added to the November 12 meeting
agenda to make presentations to the LRC.
Meeting Adjourned
at 9:25AM
