Call to Order — President Susan Honstein called the meeting to order at 4:10 <br />pm. <br />li. Roll Call was taken and the following members were present: <br />Board Members Present: Susan Honstein, Brett Nickerson, Paul Romero, Emma <br />Shubin, Denice Spencer, Danyelle Taylor, Justine Vigil- Tapia, Shary Wohl, <br />Board Members Absent: Andy Langford, <br />Staff Members present: Julie Seydel, Kathy Martin <br />III. Approval of Agenda — Danyelle moved to approve the agenda. Brett seconded. <br />The motion was unanimous. <br />Approval of Meeting Minutes — Brett moved to approve the minutes from the <br />September 20, 2012 meeting. Shary seconded. Minutes were approved as <br />written. The motion was unanimous. <br />IV. Public Comments - Mark Oberholzer, resident of Louisville introduced himself <br />and told the board that he had applied for a position of the board. <br />V. President's Report — <br />• Update on consulting for sculpture park. John Kinkade, National Sculptors' <br />Guild plans to begin consultation with LCC for its public arts program in <br />January 2013.
