RESOLUTION NO. 75 <br /> SERIES 2012 <br /> A RESOLUTION APPROVING A COST SHARE FOR HECLA RESERVOIR <br /> IMPROVEMENTS IN THE NORTH END SUBDIVISION. <br /> WHEREAS, there has been submitted to the Louisville City Council a request for <br /> cost sharing with North End LLC. for work on the Hecla Reservoir in the North End <br /> Subdivision; and <br /> WHEREAS, completion of this shared project will make the necessary <br /> improvements to the Hecla Reservoir as water storage facility and an open space <br /> amenity; and <br /> WHEREAS, City Council finds that said cost share be approved, without <br /> conditions; and <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of <br /> Louisville, Colorado, based on the evidence and testimony presented at the hearings, <br /> does hereby approve the cost share between the City of Louisville and North End LLC. <br /> for the Hecla Reservoir improvements bet. <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED this 20TH day of November, 2012. <br /> S EAL eobckle, I'01"ayor�itjajL <br /> City of Louisville, Colorado <br /> 111, <br /> Nancy Var -, City Clerk <br /> City of Lou sville, Colorado <br /> Resolution No.75 Series 2012 <br /> Page 1 of 1 <br />
