<br />RESOLUTION NO. 41 <br />SERIES 1995 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING AN <br />AMENDMENT TO A FINAL PUD DEVELOPMENT PLAN <br />FOR 908 MAIN STREET <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there has been submitted to the Louisville City Council, by Hartronft <br />Associates on behalf of C.E.L. Partnership, an amendment to a Final PUD Development Plan for <br />908 Main Street; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, all materials related to the amendment have been reviewed by City Staff and <br />the Planning Commission and found to be in compliance with the Louisville zoning ordinances, <br />subdivision regulations, and related policies; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, after a properly advertised public hearing concerning said amendment Final <br />PUD Development Plan, the Planning Commission approved a recommendation of approval with <br />conditions to the City Council; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council finds that said amendment to the Final PUD Development <br />Plan for 908 Main Street should be approved with the following conditions: <br /> <br />1. Maximum building height shall not exceed 38 feet to the top of roof line, and 41' <br />to the top of the building parapet; <br /> <br />2. A twenty foot setback shall be maintained between the structure and the rear <br />property line; <br /> <br />3. The Applicant shall add proposed building colors to the building elevations; <br /> <br />4. The Applicant should provide bike racks that would allow 6 on-site parking stalls; <br /> <br />5. Allfour building elevations shall incorporate the exterior building materials shown <br />on the front elevations; <br /> <br />6. Any new construction shall comply with any rules and regulations pertaining to <br />payment in lieu of providing on site parking, participation in parking district, etc., <br />which may be in effect at the time of building pennit issuance,. <br />
