<br />RESOLUTION NO. 37 <br />SERIES 1995 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING <br />AN AMENDMENT TO A FINAL PUD DEVELOPMENT PLAN FOR <br />THE MEADOWS AT COAL CREEK <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there has been submitted to the Louisville City Council for an Amendment <br />to a Final PUD Development Plan for The Meadows at Coal Creek; <br /> <br />WHEREAS, all materials related to the Amendment to the Final PUD Development Plan <br />have been reviewed by City Staff and the Planning Commission and found to be in compliance <br />with the Louisville zoning ordinances, subdivision regulations, and related policies; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, after a properly advertised public hearing concerning said Amendment to the <br />Final pun Development Plan, the Planning Commission recommended to the City Council <br />approval; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council finds that said Amendment to the Final PUD Development <br />Plan for The Meadows at Coal Creek, should be approved, subject to the following conditions: <br /> <br />1. Front Yard setback shall be an average of twenty (20) feet, a <br />minimum of nineteen (19) feet, except that for a single story home <br />with a front loaded garage, the front setback shall be 16.5 feet; <br /> <br />2. Side loaded garages shall have a minimum front setback of nineteen (19) <br />feet, except for lots greater than 115 feet in depth, a side loaded garage <br />may have a minimum setback of sixteen (16) feet. The portion of the <br />garage structure with a setback of less thnn 19 feet shall be limited to a one <br />story garage only and not include any other .first or second story living <br />areas. All construction must conform to required vision clearance areas. <br />
