<br />RESOLUTION NO. 33 <br />SERIES 1995 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING A <br />FINAL PUD DEVEWPMENT PLAN OF <br />CENTENNIAL VALLEY, PARCEL 'H', LOT 5, <br />MARRIOTT COURTYARD <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there has been submitted to the Louisville City Council by White Lodging <br />Corporation for a Marriott Courtyard, a Final PUD Development Plan of Centennial Valley, <br />Parcel 'H', Lot 5; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, all materials related to the Final PUD Development Plan have been reviewed <br />in conjunction with the Louisville zoning ordinances, subdivision regulations, and related policies; <br />and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, after a properly advertised public hearing concerning said PUD Development <br />Plan the Planning Commission recommended approval to the City Council with conditions of <br />approval; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council finds that a PUD Development Plan should be approved <br />subject to the following condition: <br /> <br />1. The sign area of the wall sign on the east elevation shall not exceed 120 square <br />feet; <br /> <br />2. Thefinal designfor the emergency access shall be approved by the Louisville Fire <br />District prior to building permit issuance for either Lot 4 or Lot 5; <br /> <br />3. Building colors shall be modified to reflect the recommended gray color for the roof <br />system with green accent roofs. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of <br />Louisville, Colorado does hereby approve a Final PUD Development Plan of Centennial Valley, <br />Parcel 'H', Lot 5, for Marriott Courtyard. <br /> <br />APPROVED this 6th day of July, 1995. <br /> <br />BY:~ Oo.-~ <br /> <br />Tom Davidson, Mayor <br />City of Louisville, Colorado <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />
