<br />RESOLUTION NO. 32 <br />SERIES 1995 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING A <br />FINAL PUD DEVELOPMENT PLAN OF <br />CENTENNIAL VALLEY, PARCEL 'HI, LOT 4, <br />HAMPTON INN <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there has been submitted to the Louisville City Council by Turnpike <br />Hospitality Group, Inc., for a Hampton Inn, a Final PUD Development Plan of Centennial <br />Valley, Parcel 'H', Lot 4; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, all materials related to the Final Pun Development Plan have been reviewed <br />in conjunction with the Louisville roning ordinances, subdivision regulations, and related policies; <br />and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, after a properly advertised public hearing concerning said PUD Development <br />Plan the Planning Commission recommended approval to the City Council with conditions of <br />approval; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council finds that a PUD Development Plan should be approved <br />subject to the following condition: <br /> <br />1. The final design for the emergency access shall be approved by the Louisville Fire <br />District prior to building permit issuance for either Lot 4 or Lot 5; <br /> <br />2. The five (5) spaces located on the north end of the lot adjacent to the primary <br />access easement are to be eliminated and replaced with landscaping and trees; <br /> <br />3. Additional lot area resultingfrom the lot line shift between Lots 4 and 5 should be <br />landscaped and maintained by the applicant in the same manner as the balance of <br />the lot; <br /> <br />4. There shall be a minimum of 20' feet of width between the canopy support and the <br />edge of the access drive along the west property line for emergency access; <br /> <br />5. The 10' foot utility easement on the north side of the property shall be revised to <br />a 15' foot easement to maintain consistency with the final subdivision plat; <br /> <br />6. The legal description shall be revised to reflect the increased lot area; <br /> <br />7. Add additional on-site trees (3" caliper) along south property line. <br />
