<br />Revitalization Commission <br />Minutes <br />DATE <br />Page 2 of 2 <br />stated she would be present at the March meeting to discuss a revised <br />timeline, work process and meeting schedule. <br />2. Draft Schedule of Future Events - A draft schedule without specific <br />dates was presented by Attorney Light to outline the steps involved in <br />. preparation and consideration of the conditions survey, urban renewal <br />plan and the comprehensive plan amendment for a street realignment. <br />The schedule will be further refined by Ann Ricker with the current <br />direction from the LRC to proceed with the Urban Renewal Plan. <br />3. Planning Department Update on Mixed Use Zoning and Design <br />Guidelines for the Highway 42 Area - The Commission discussed the <br />timeline for the Planning Commission to continue discussion on the <br />mixed use zoning and design guidelines for the Highway 42 <br />Revitalization Area. There was discussion about holding a joint LRC and <br />City Council/Plannin!~ Commission meeting to better educate folks about <br />the upcoming Urban Renewal Plan as well as assigning a Planning <br />Commissioner to the, LRC to act as a liaison between the two parties. <br />Staff will further investigate options for coordinating related work <br />between the Planning Commission, LRC and the City Council. <br />4. Next Meeting Items -- 1) Ann Ricker, Leland Consulting Group - <br />Discussion of Urban Renewal Plan Work Scope and Timeline 2) Next <br />Meeting Items; and ~)) Next Meeting Date <br />5.
