City Council <br /> Meeting Minutes <br /> November 20, 2012 <br /> Page 15 of 15 <br /> member Keany stated according to the design, the entrance aligns with Jefferson <br /> Street. <br /> Jean Morgan, 1131 Spruce Street, Louisville, CO asked about evening and weekend <br /> parking. Planning Director Russ explained one of the conditions of approval is a shared <br /> parking management program to ensure the residential portion of the parking can <br /> achieve two spaces per unit ratio between the hours of 8:00 PM and 8:00 AM. <br /> Mayor Muckle requested public hearing and hearing none, closed the public hearing. <br /> MOTION: Mayor Pro Tem Dalton moved to approve Resolution No. 77, Series 2012, <br /> seconded by Council member Loo. Absent: Council member Sackett. <br /> MOTION: Mayor Pro Tem Dalton amended his motion to approve Resolution No. 77, <br /> Series 2012 with the three conditions, seconded by Council member Loo. All were in <br /> favor.
