<br /> <br />I: <br /> <br />Revitialization Commission <br /> <br />Meeting Minutes <br />July 13, 2006 <br />City Hall, Council Chambers <br />749 Main Street <br />7:30 AM <br /> <br />City of Louisville <br /> <br />Call to Order Chairperson Silsk called the meeting to order at 7:30 AM <br /> <br />Roll Call was taken and the following members were present: <br /> <br />Board Members Present: Mayor Sisk, Clair Beckmann, Michael Reis, Bob Tofte <br /> <br />Board Members Absent: Rob Lathrop <br /> <br />Staff Members Present: William Simmons, Sam Light, Paul Wood <br /> <br />Approval of Agenda The agenda was approved by all members. <br /> <br />Approval of Meeting MinutE~s The minutes from the June 22, 2006 meeting <br />were approved as written. <br /> <br />Public Comments Residents and property owners present at the meeting <br />included John Leary, Terry Phillips, and Jean Morgan. John Leary spoke to the <br />Commission about several elements of the Plan that he wanted clarified, <br />including detailed objectives of the Plan, acceptable rates of return, and <br />accountability of the LRC to the community. He also expressed his <br />disappointment in the stakeholders' meeting and stated there was insufficient <br />language in sections 4.3 and 4.4 of the Plan. Terry Phillips made comments to <br />the Commission pertaining to the timing or approval of the Plan, stating his <br />opinion that the City need not act on the Plan as scheduled.
