<br />RESOLUTION NO. 23 <br />SERIES 1995 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING A <br />FINAL PUD DEVELOPMENT PLAN OF <br />CENTENNIAL VALLEY, PARCEL '0', LOT 9 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there has been submitted to the Louisville City Council by Merit Properties, <br />Inc. a request for a Final PUD Development Plan of Centennial Valley, Parcel '0', Lot 9; and <br /> <br />\VHEREAS, all materials related to the Final PUD Development Plan have been reviewed <br />in conjunction with the Louisville zoning ordinances, subdivision regulations, and related policies; <br />and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, after a properly advertised public hearing concerning said PUD Development <br />Plan the Planning Commission recommended approval to the City Council with conditions of <br />approval; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council finds that a PUD Development Plan should be approved <br />subject to the following condition: <br /> <br />1.
