<br />RESOLUTION NO. 22 <br />SERIES 1995 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING A <br />FINAL PUD DEVELOPMENT PLAN FOR <br />TREEHA VEN SUBDIVISION <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there has been submitted to the Louisville City Council by Coburn <br />Development, Inc. a request for a Final PUD Development Plan for the Treehaven Subdivision; <br />and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, all materials related to the Final PUD Development Plan have been reviewed <br />in conjunction with the Louisville zoning ordinances, subdivision regulations, and related policies; <br />and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, after a properly advertised publiC' hearing concerning said PUD Development <br />Plan the Planning Commission recommended approval to the City Council with conditions of <br />approval; and, <br /> <br />\VHEREAS, the City Council finds that a PUD Development Plan should be approved <br />subject to the following conditions: <br /> <br />1. Agreements concerning rhe homeowners responsibilities, with regard ro rhe <br />private drive, shall hefina/ized prior I() recording; <br /> <br />2. A sign shall be posred at rhe el/france fimn S;Jf/lce Street that srates, <br />"Private Driveway - No Public Maintenance "; <br /> <br />3. Consrructiofl specifications <!!'private drive (Out/or A) shall he reviewed by <br />the Public Works Dept. " <br /> <br />4. The Treehaven Suhdivision AGreement is to be amended in accordance with <br />the PUD approval: <br /> <br />5. Accessfhnn Lors 1 and 4 to Spruce SIreN shall he prohihifed.
