Louisville City Council Meeting <br />May 2, 2001 <br />Page 6 <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO. 1361, SERIES 2001 - AN ORDINANCE AMENDING TITLE <br />17 OF THE LOUISVILLE MUNICIPAL CODE, ENTITLED "ZONING", BY <br />REZONING AS AGRICULTURAL (A) APPROXIMATELY FOUR ACRES OF <br />LAND AT THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF THE INTERSECTION OF DILLON <br />ROAD AND SOUTH 104TM STREET - 1st reading - set public hearing - 6/19/01 <br /> <br />Davidson called for City Attorney introduction. <br /> <br />City Attorney Light read ordinance No. 1361, Series 2001. <br /> <br />MOTION: Sisk moved that Ordinance No. 1361, Series 2001 be set out for publication <br />and a public hearing be set for June 19, 2001, seconded by Mayer. All in favor. <br /> <br />Simmons stated that the Planning Commission will review this matter on June 12, 2001~ <br /> <br />XCEL ENERGY LETTER DISCUSSION <br /> <br />Davidson asked if any members of Council wished to discuss the Xcel Energy letter <br />dated, April 23, 2001. Council expressed no desire to discuss the letter. <br /> <br />CITY ATTORNEY'S REPORT <br /> <br />City Attorney Light reported that an updated litigation status report was presented to <br />Council for their review. Light announced that his firm has a new partner Kathleen Kelly <br />Harrington. <br /> <br />CITY ADMINISTRATOR'S REPORT <br /> <br />City Administrator Simmons stated that Staff is preparing for the Annual Goal Setting <br />Session in preparation of the 2002 budget. <br /> <br />Simmons reported the agenda for Tuesday, May 8, 2001 Work Session will include <br />interviews for vacancies on the Resource Conservation Advisory Board, the Horticulture <br />& Forestry Advisory Board and the Louisville Housing Authority. <br /> <br />Mayer asked if a date had been established for the Goal Setting Sessions. Simmons <br />stated that it has not yet been established. <br /> <br /> <br />
