<br />RESOLUTION NO. 14 <br />SERIES 1995 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING A TEMPORARY USE PERMIT <br />FOR A TEMPORARY OFFICE BUILDING, LOT 102, <br />FOR ASPEN GREENS SUBDIVISION <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there has been submitted to the Louisville City Council by Remax <br />Advantage, a request for approval for a Temporary Use Permit for a Temporary Office <br />Building,Lot 2, Aspen Greens Subdivision; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, all materials related to the Temporary Use Permit have been reviewed by <br />City staff and the Planning Commission and found to be in compliance with the Louisville zoning <br />ordinances, subdivision regulations; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, after a properly advertised public hearing concerning said Temporary Use <br />Permit, the Planning Commission recommended approval to the City Council with the following <br />conditions: <br /> <br />1. This temporary use shall terminate and the site be restored 30 days after <br />issuance (?(any cert{ficate ql'occupanc)' fbr the proposed l!{fice building on <br />Lot /01, Aspen Greens Replar A, or October 3/, /995, whicheJ!eLnccurs <br />fjrsl; <br /> <br />2. This temporary use shall not commence until suhmittal (?f' huilding plans for <br />the permanent qffice building on Lot /0/ ,. <br /> <br />3. The proposed temporalY structures shall comply with the U. B. C. and be <br />adequately tied down,. <br /> <br />4. The parking area shall he gravel suifaced and large enough to <br />accommodate a minimum 01' /4 vehicles. Access to the parking area shall <br />heflnm one driveway entrance. Two (?I'the ,\paces shall be hard swj'aced <br />and handicapped accessible,. <br /> <br />5. Improvcmcnts requircdfiJr water and sewer service installation shall mect <br />City (?/Louisville Design and Construction Standards and allfees shall be <br />paid ar thc timc l?{ connection. <br />
