<br />RESOLUTION NO. 13 <br />SERIES 1995 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING <br />A FINAL PUD DEVELOPMENT PLAN FOR <br />PROMOTECH <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there has been submitted to the Louisville City Council by O'Connor <br />Construction, represented by Mr. Terrence O'Connor a Final PUD Development Plan for <br />Promotech; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, all materials related to the Final PUD Development Plan have been reviewed <br />by City Staff and the Planning Commission and found to be in compliance with the Louisville <br />zoning ordinances, subdivision regulations, and related policies; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, after a properly advertised public hearing concerning said Final PUD <br />Development Plan, the Planning Commission recommended to the City Council approval; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council tinds that said Final PUD Development Plan for Promotech <br />should be approved with the following condition: <br /> <br />J. The applicant shall add the fhllowing note to the PUD: <br /> <br />"Building permits shall not be issuedfor (?ffice occupancy in excess <br />(~lsquare.f()()t listed in the required parking calculation ". <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of <br />Louisville, Colorado does hereby approve the Final PUD Development Plan for Promotech.
