<br />RESOLUTION NO. 12 <br />SERIES 1995 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING A <br />FINAL SUBDIVISION REPLAT OF <br />CENTENNIAL VALLEY, PARCEL '0', LOT 5 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there has been submitted to the Louisville City Council by RCI West, Inc. <br />a request for a Final Subdivision Replat of Centennial Valley, Parcel '0' , Lot 5; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, all materials related to the Subdivision Replat have been reviewed in <br />conjunction with the Louisville zoning ordinances, subdivision regulations, and related policies; <br />and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, after a properly advertised public hearing concerning said Replat the <br />Planning Commission recommended approval to the City Council with conditions of approval; <br />and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council finds that a Subdivision Replat should be approved subject <br />to the following conditions: <br /> <br />1. Recording i,?fonnationfor reciprocal easements for ingress/egress, parking <br />and utilities dedicated by separate instrument shall be noted on final plat <br />prior to recording ql.final plat. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of <br />Louisville, Colorado does hereby approve a Final Subdivision Replat of Centennial Valley, Parcel <br />'0', Lot 5. <br /> <br />APPROVED this 4th day of April, 1995. <br /> <br />~.,~ <br />By: ~~.
