Louisville City Council Meeting <br />May 22, 2001 <br />Page 8 <br />Light read: Additionally, new pole number 39 shall be located north of the existing pole <br />but as close as possible to the existing pole as applicant's engineering will allow. <br /> <br />Sopkin replied that that was acceptable. <br /> <br />MOTION: Brown moved that Council approve the Settlement Agreement as amended <br />with paragraph B to Resolution No. 28, Series 2001 amended as previously stated by the <br />City Attorney and authorize the office of Griffiths, Tanoue, Light, Harrington & Dawes <br />to execute the Agreement on behalf of the City, seconded by Sisk. Roll call was taken. <br />Motion passed by a 5-0 vote. <br /> <br />MOTION: Sisk moved that Council approve Resolution No. 28, Series 2001 as amended <br />with the inclusion of the language in paragraph lB, last sentence, as previously stated by <br />the City Attorney. <br /> <br />Light, for the record, stated that condition "B' has an additional and final sentence stating <br />as follows: Additionally, new pole number 39 shall be located north of the existing pole <br />but as close as possible to the existing pole as applicant's engineering will allow. In <br />addition, the change to condition "N" would be to substitute the phrase Louisville <br />residents for the word customers. <br /> <br />Motion was seconded by Levihn. Roll call was taken.
