<br />(Form of Notice) <br />PUBLIC NOTICE OF ELECTION <br />CITY OF LOUISVILLE <br />BOULDER COUNTY, COLORADO <br />TO BE HELD <br />TUESDAY, NOVEMBER 8, 1994 <br /> <br />PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to law the City of Louisville <br />(the "City"), in the County of Boulder and State of Colorado, a special municipal election will be <br />held in conjunction with the state general election on Tuesday, November 8, 1994. <br />The election will be conducted as part of the coordinated election to be conducted by <br />the County Clerk and Recorder of Boulder County. The election will be held in the lawful polling <br />place designated by the County Clerk and Recorder for each precinct in the City. <br />The polls will be open from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. on the day ofthe election. The <br />polls will be open for early voting from October 17, 1994 through November 4, 1994 at the <br />following locations at the designated times: <br />[INSERT EARLY VOTING POLLING PLACES] <br />The designated election official for the City is Ms. Maj-Lis Kemper, <br />Louisville, Colorado 80_, telephone (303) <br />No votes will be received by the judges ofthe election unless the person offering to <br />vote shall be registered to vote pursuant to the "Uniform Election Code of 1992" and who resides <br />within the City. <br />When any registered elector of the City shall be absent from the City on the day of <br />the election, or is otherwise unable to attend the polls, such elector may request in writing or by fax <br />from the designated election official an application for an absent voter's ballot, which application <br />must be filed with the designated election official by not later than the close of business on the <br />Friday immediately preceding the election (November 4, 1994), and may cast an absentee ballot by <br />returning it to the designated election official by mail or in person, between the hours of 8:00 a.m. <br />and 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, or as otherwise provided by the Election Code of 1992.
