(Form of Notice) PUBLIC NOTICE OF ELECTION CITY OF LOUISVILLE BOULDER COUNTY, COLORADO TO BE HELD TUESDAY, NOVEMBER 8, 1994 PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to law the City of Louisville (the "City"), in the County of Boulder and State of Colorado, a special municipal election will be held in conjunction with the state general election on Tuesday, November 8, 1994. The election will be conducted as part of the coordinated election to be conducted by the County Clerk and Recorder of Boulder County. The election will be held in the lawful polling place designated by the County Clerk and Recorder for each precinct in the City. The polls will be open from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. on the day ofthe election. The polls will be open for early voting from October 17, 1994 through November 4, 1994 at the following locations at the designated times: [INSERT EARLY VOTING POLLING PLACES] The designated election official for the City is Ms. Maj-Lis Kemper, Louisville, Colorado 80_, telephone (303) No votes will be received by the judges ofthe election unless the person offering to vote shall be registered to vote pursuant to the "Uniform Election Code of 1992" and who resides within the City. When any registered elector of the City shall be absent from the City on the day of the election, or is otherwise unable to attend the polls, such elector may request in writing or by fax from the designated election official an application for an absent voter's ballot, which application must be filed with the designated election official by not later than the close of business on the Friday immediately preceding the election (November 4, 1994), and may cast an absentee ballot by returning it to the designated election official by mail or in person, between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, or as otherwise provided by the Election Code of 1992.
