<br />RESOLUTION NO. 34 <br />SERIES 1994 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING A FINAL SUBDIVISION PLAT <br />AND A FINAL PUD DEVELOPMENT PLAN (WT 1) <br />FOR ALVENUS PARK <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there has been submitted to the Louisville City Council by South Boulder <br />Road Corporation, represented by Mr. Robert Brisnehan, a request for approval of a Final <br />Subdivision Plat and a Final PUD Development Plan for Lot 1; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, all materials related to the Final Subdivision Plat and PUD Development <br />Plan have been reviewed by City staff and the Planning Commission and found to be in <br />compliance with the Louisville zoning ordinances, subdivision regulations; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, after a properly advertised public hearing concerning said Final Subdivision <br />Plat and PUD, the Planning Commission recommended approval to the City Council with <br />conditions; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council finds that said Final Subdivision Plat and PUD <br />Development Plan for Alvenus Park should be approved with the following conditions: <br /> <br />1. An access permit from the Colorado Department of Transponation shall be <br />required for construction of Hecla Drive. All intersection improvements at <br />Highway 42 and Hecla Drive shall be submitted and reviewed by the City Engineer <br />prior to issuance of the access permit; <br /> <br />2. Minimum caliper for all deciduous trees shall be 2 1/2"; <br /> <br />3. The amount and schedule of recovery to be paid by the Subdivider to the City for <br />the traffic signal at Hecla Drive and State Hwy 42, shall be worked out between <br />the Subdivider and the Staff. Staff shall communicate the terms to the City <br />Council. <br />
