<br />RESOLUTION NO. 33 <br />SERIES 1994 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING A FINAL SUBDIVISION PLAT <br />FOR THE SAINT WillS PARISH <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there has been submitted to the Louisville City Council, by the Archdiocese <br />of Denver, a request for approval of a Final Subdivision Plat for the Saint Louis Parish; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, all materials related to the final subdivision plat have been reviewed by City <br />Staff and the Planning Commission and found to be in compliance with the Louisville zoning <br />ordinances, subdivision regulations, and related policies; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, after a properly advertised public hearing concerning said Final Subdivision <br />Plat, the Planning Commission approved a recommendation of approval to the City Council; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council finds that said Final Subdivision Plat for the Saint Louis <br />Parish should be approved. <br /> <br />1. Dedication language needs to be revised to reflect the City's standardformat; <br /> <br />2. Eliminate both text and illustrative reference to the Cherrywood Lane right-of-way <br />dedication; <br /> <br />3. The Subdivider shall enter into a subdivision agreement which includes as an <br />obligation, the construction of the sidewalk along Via Appia acijacent to the site by <br />October 1, 1994; <br /> <br />4. Eliminate the looped water line easement; <br /> <br />5. The surveyors statement should state that the plat has been prepared in compliance <br />with all applicable Colorado State Revised Statutes; <br /> <br />6. Remove the word ''proposed'' on the utility easements; <br /> <br />7. Eliminate proposed pedestrian easement from subdivision plat. <br />
