<br />RESOLUTION 32 <br />SERIES 1994 <br /> <br />HONORING AND RECOGNIZING ANNETTE A. BRAND FOR HER DISTINGUISHED <br />SERVICE AND SIGNIFICANT CONTRIBUTIONS TO THE CITY OF ILOUISVILLEn <br />COUNCIL AND CITIZENS OF LOUISVILLE.~ <br /> <br />WHEREAS.. Annette A. Brand has served the City and citizens of Louisville as City Administrator <br />from June 11, 1990 to June 3, 1994; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS.~ Annette A. Brand served with distinction as Vice President of the Colorado Municipal <br />League from 1982 to 1983 and President in 1983; and also served on the Executive <br />Board of the Colorado Municipal League for many years; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS..- Annette A. Brand was the driving force behind the improvements and the <br />beautification of Downtown Louisville, which has been a long awaited project of the <br />community; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS..- Annette A. Brand will be remembered for her commitment to the needs of the <br />community and citizens, which included parks and open space, the future expansion <br />of the Louisville Public Library; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS.. Annette A. Brand is held in high regard by both the community, City Council and staff <br />for her wisdom, warmth and her open door policy; and <br /> <br />NOW.. by the City Council of the City of Louisville, Colorado . <br />that the citizens of the City of Louisville do hereby honor and recognize Annette A. Brand for her <br />exemplary service to our community as the City Administrator of the City of Louisville. Annette A. <br />Brand will be greatly missed by all Members of the City Council, staff, other local governments and <br />by the Community of Louisville. <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHERRESOLVED..-the City Council of the City of Louisville hereby declares Annette <br />A.
