<br />RESOLUTION NO. 30 <br />SERIES 1994 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING A FINAL SUBDIVISION REPLAT <br />AND AN AMENDMENT TO A FINAL PUD DEVEWPMENT PLAN <br />FOR COAL TRAIN SQUARE <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there has been submitted to the Louisville City Council by Norwest Bank, <br />represented by Ms. Jayne Veeder, a request for approval of a Final Subdivision Replat and an <br />Amendment to the Coal Train Square Final PUD Development Plan; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, all materials related to the Final Subdivision Replat and PUD Amendment <br />have been reviewed by city staff and the Planning CommissiQn and found to be in compliance with <br />the Louisville zoning ordinances, subdivision regulations; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, after a properly advertised public hearing concerning said Final Subdivision <br />Replat and PUD Amendment, the Planning Commission recommended to the City Council with <br />conditions; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council finds that said Final Subdivision Replat and Amendment <br />to the PUD Development Plan for Coal Train Square should be approved with the following <br />conditions: <br /> <br />1. Additional right of way shall be dedicated to allow for a 70 foot radius at the <br />northwest corner of Highway 42 and South Boulder Road as recommended by <br />CDOT; <br /> <br />2. A note shall be added to the PUD stating that a Final PUD Development Plan shall <br />be approved for Lot 3 prior to the issuance of any building permits for Lot 3; <br /> <br />3. Entrance sign at the right-in only driveway from South Boulder Road should be <br />reduced in size to comply with directional sign standards - maximum 5 square feet. <br />The monument signs adjacent to the Highway 42 entrance and the westerly South <br />Boulder Road entrance should be reduced in size to 10 sq. ft. and designed to <br />accommodate identification for the future Lot 3 user as well as Norwest Bank; <br /> <br />4. Height of light standards shall not exceed 16 feet - lamp fixture shall be down <br />lighted to eliminate off site spillage of glare. <br />
