<br />RESOLUTION NO. 29 <br />SERIES 1994 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING <br />A FINAL PUD DEVEWPMENT PLAN FOR <br />LASERCYCLE - O'CONNOR CONSTRUCTION <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there has been submitted to the Louisville City Council by O'Connor <br />Construction, represented by Mr. Terrence O'Connor a Final PUD Development Plan for <br />LaserCycle; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, all materials related to the Final PUD Development Plan have been reviewed <br />by City Staff and the Planning Commission and found to be in compliance with the Louisville <br />zoning ordinances, subdivision regulations, and related policies; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, after a properly advertised public hearing concerning said Final PUD <br />Development Plan, the Planning Commission recommended to the City Council approval; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council finds that said Final PUD Development Plan for O'Connor <br />Construction should be approved with the following condition: <br /> <br />1. The PUD shall be revised to incorporate berming and landscaping to screen the <br />parking lot (as well as the expansion lot) from the Taylor Avenue and Boxelder <br />Street. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of <br />Louisville, Colorado does hereby approve the Final PUD Development Plan for 0' Connor <br />Construction.
