RESOLUTION NO. 25 SERIES 1994 A RESOLUTION APPROVING AN AMENDMENT TO A FINAL Pun DEVEWPMENT PLAN FOR EXPWSIVE FABRICATORS, INC. WHEREAS, there has been submitted to the Louisville City Council by Explosive Fabricators,Inc. represented by Mr. Chris Rossi a request to amend an approved Final PUD Development Plan. WHEREAS, all materials related to the Final PUD Development Plan have been reviewed by city staff and the Planning Commission and found to be in compliance with the Louisville zoning ordinances, subdivision regulations, and related policies; and WHEREAS, after a properly advertised public hearing concerning said Final PUD Development Plan, the Planning Commission recommended to the City Council approval with conditions. WHEREAS, the City Council finds that said Final PUD Development Plan for Explosive Fabricators,Inc. should be approved with the following conditions. 1. The addition of 16 paved parking spaces should be completed within 120 days of PUD approval; 2. The screened fence shall be extended south on Cannon Street to the northerly ingress/egress within 120 days of PUD approval; 3. The applicant shall install one fire hydrant at the southeast corner of Cannon and Griffith Streets; 4. The following note should be added to the PUD: Explosive Fabricators shall limit the hours of explosive detonation between 8 A.M. and 6 P.M.; 5. All temporary structures are authorized for a period not to exceed six months from the date of PUD approval. All temporary structures shall be brought into compliance with adopted building codes and standards.
