<br />RESOLUTION NO. 25 <br />SERIES 1994 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING AN AMENDMENT TO A <br />FINAL Pun DEVEWPMENT PLAN FOR <br />EXPWSIVE FABRICATORS, INC. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there has been submitted to the Louisville City Council by Explosive <br />Fabricators,Inc. represented by Mr. Chris Rossi a request to amend an approved Final PUD <br />Development Plan. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, all materials related to the Final PUD Development Plan have been reviewed <br />by city staff and the Planning Commission and found to be in compliance with the Louisville zoning <br />ordinances, subdivision regulations, and related policies; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, after a properly advertised public hearing concerning said Final PUD <br />Development Plan, the Planning Commission recommended to the City Council approval with <br />conditions. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council finds that said Final PUD Development <br />Plan for Explosive Fabricators,Inc. should be approved with the following conditions. <br /> <br />1. The addition of 16 paved parking spaces should be completed within 120 days of PUD <br />approval; <br />2. The screened fence shall be extended south on Cannon Street to the northerly <br />ingress/egress within 120 days of PUD approval; <br />3. The applicant shall install one fire hydrant at the southeast corner of Cannon and <br />Griffith Streets; <br />4. The following note should be added to the PUD: <br />Explosive Fabricators shall limit the hours of explosive detonation between 8 A.M. <br />and 6 P.M.; <br />5. All temporary structures are authorized for a period not to exceed six months from the <br />date of PUD approval. All temporary structures shall be brought into compliance with <br />adopted building codes and standards. <br />
