He favored an ordinance, which would require residents to maintain their property.

Frosty Woolridge, 1458 Ford Place, Louisville, CO, also addressed the issue of yard
maintenance and requested Council consider adopting a lawn maintenance ordinance. He
suggested that it address prohibition of long-term trailer parking, set a maximum length
for lawns, ban junk in yards, require home painting, newspaper pick-up, and snow
shoveling.

Woolridge also addressed the immigration reform issue and distributed copies of a
Resolution and an Ecological Bills of Rights. He stated that residents of the City of
Aspen and Pitkin County adopted the latter document. He suggested that City Council
meet with him at a work session to discuss the elements of the documents and consider
adopting a resolution to restrict immigration.

Richard Kithil, 891 North Hoover, Louisville, CO, CAPPOS representative, commended
the City of Louisville for the Warembourg Fishing Pond.
