<br />RESOLUTION NO.3 <br />SERIES 1994 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING A FINAL PUD <br />DEVEWPMENT PLAN FOR STATE FARM MUTUAL <br />AUTOMOBILE INSURANCE COMPANY <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there has been submitted to the Louisville City Council by State Farm <br />Mutual Automobile Insurance Company, represented by Castillo Co., Inc., a request for <br />approval of a Final PUD Development Plan for a service claim center; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, all materials related to the Final PUD Development Plan have been <br />reviewed by city staff and the Planning Commission and found to be in compliance with the <br />Louisville zoning ordinances, subdivision regulations, and related policies; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, after a properly advertised public hearing concerning said Final PUD <br />Development Plan, the Planning Commission recommended to the City Council approval with <br />the following condition: <br /> <br />1.
