Incident Report - Druids Arms - 12/5/04 <br /> <br />This incident involved an employee of Druids Arms who was stopped on suspicion of <br />Driving Under the Influence. Authority discussion resulted in no further action being <br />taken. <br /> <br />B. Incident Report - Druids Arms - 12/17/04 <br /> <br />This incident also involved an employee of Druids Arms who was stopped on suspicion <br />of Driving Under the Influence. Detective Gordanier reported she had talked with the <br />officer on this case and he stated this individual was not working at the establishment <br />on the night of this stop. Lipton moved the Authority table this item until next month to <br />allow for follow-up investigation. Mulvahill seconded. All in favor. The motion carried. <br /> <br />C. Incident Report - The Back Room - 12/12/04 <br /> <br />This incident involved a disturbance call that police responded to at The Back Room <br />which resulted in a summons issued to the bartender for Selling to Certain Persons <br />Prohibited. Mulvahill moved the Authority issue a show cause citation to the Back <br />Room for this incident. Lipton seconded. Roll Call Vote: Koertje - yes, Paige - yes, <br />Mulvahill- yes, Lipton - yes and Wilson - yes. Motion carried. Lipton moved the date <br />be set for February 28, 2005 and to appoint Stefan Fredricksmeyer as special <br />prosecutor. All in favor. Motion carried. <br /> <br />D. Incident Report - Chili's - 1/2/05 <br /> <br />This incident involved a disturbance call that police responded to at Chili's. The <br />restaurant had refused service to a person who had not paid a previous bill. The party <br />was intoxicated and was taken to the Alcohol Recovery Center. Mulvahill moved the <br />Authority send a letter to Chili's commending them and their employess for their action <br />in identifying a situation that might have resulted in a further disturbance. Wilson <br />seconded. All in favor. Motion carried. <br /> <br />SECRETARY'S REPORT <br /> <br />A. Local Licensing Authority Dates for 2005 <br /> <br />B. Liquor Seller/Server Training Dates for 2005. Hanson reported there were 6 <br />persons attending from Louisville establishments at the January 9th training. <br /> <br />C.
