Koertje moved the consent agenda be approved. Lipton seconded. Roll Call Vote: Rommelfanger- yes, Mulvahill - yes, Koertje - yes, Lipton - yes and Wilson - yes. Authority Business None Police Department Reports A. Incident Report - Tri-City Elks - 4/22/05 This incident report involved a reported altercation at the lodge and follow-up investigation. Lipton moved the Authority table this item until next month to see if the police department has any other statements from the parties involved or any additional follow-up information. Rommelfanger seconded. All in favor. B. Incident Report - Henry's - 6/5/05 This incident involved a 911 call reporting an incident at Henry's. Secretary Hanson relayed a message from Detective Gordanier stating the police department was never able to determine anything actually happened in the establishment. Authority discussion resulted in no further action by the Authority.
