Incident Report - Union Jack Liquors - 7/4/05 <br /> <br />This was a reported theft from the liquor store. The Authority agreed no action <br />needed to be taken. <br /> <br />Secretary's Report <br /> <br />Hanson included a copy of the July Louisville Liquor Lore in the packet. She <br />also reported Louisville's Police Department will be taking over the server/seller <br />training classes along with Lafayette and Erie. The first class is scheduled for <br />August 14, 2005 in Lafayette. <br /> <br />Authority Attorney's Report <br /> <br />Attorney Light updated the Authority on the complaint filed by The Back Room. <br />He also answered a question asked at the last meeting concerning legislation on <br />ownership changes. His conclusion was the manufacturer's ownership <br />restrictions had not changed. <br /> <br />Authority Comments <br /> <br />Adjournment - Lipton moved to adjourn at 7:25 p.m. Wilson seconded.
