I understand that upon designation, I or my successors in ownership of the property will be required to submit to the review process of the Historic Preservation Commission of the City of Louisville as set torth in the Ordinance prior to the occurrence ot any of ine toiiowing: 1. Reconstruction or alteration of the exterior of the improvements on the property, or; 2. Construction of, addition to, or demolition of improvements on the property.
