Special Events Permit - Walter Rhoades Post 111 The American Legion - Labor <br />Day Weekend at Memory Square Park <br /> <br />Mulvahill called for any changes to the consent agenda. Wilson moved the <br />consent agenda be approved. Rommelfanger seconded. Roll Call Vote: <br />Rommelfanger - yes, Mulvahill - yes, Koertje - yes, Carlson - yes and Wilson - <br />yes. <br /> <br />Authority Business <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />Police Department Reports <br /> <br />A. Incident Report - Chipotle Mexican Grill - 8/11/05 <br /> <br />This incident report involved a woman reportedly taking a bottle of beer from the <br />restaurant. The Authority members decided no action needed to be taken. <br /> <br />Secretary's Report <br /> <br />Hanson reported attendance by eight persons from Louisville establishments at <br />the seller/server training offered in Lafayette. Sergeant Lanphere reported there <br />was good turnout at this session. This was the first class offered by the <br />combined efforts of Lafayette and Louisville Police Departments. Lanphere <br />stated the Erie Police Department will also be involved from here on out. <br /> <br />Authority Attorney's Report <br /> <br />Attorney Light updated the Authority on the complaint filed by The Back Room. <br />There had been a settlement offer presented by the attorney for the Back Room. <br />The Authority members agreed they did not want to accept the settlement. <br /> <br />Authority Comments <br /> <br />Adjournment - Wilson moved to adjourn at 7:28 p.m. All members were in <br />favor. <br /> <br />;'"- ~ <br />Thomas Mulvahill, Vice-Chairperson <br /> <br />~ <br />/, <br /> <br /> <br />arol Hanson, Deputy City Clerk <br />
