Renewal Application- Applebee's Neighborhood Grill & Bar - Hotel and <br />Restaurant Liquor License - 594 S. McCaslin Blvd. <br /> <br />Mulvahill called for any changes to the consent agenda. Lipton moved the <br />consent agenda be approved. Koertje seconded. Roll Call Vote: Rommelfanger <br />- yes, Mulvahill - yes, Koertje - yes and Lipton - yes. <br /> <br />Authority Business <br /> <br />A. New License Application - Set Boundaries of the Neighborhood and Public <br />Hearing - Stuffies, LLC d/b/a Stuffies - Hotel and Restaurant Application - 809 <br />Main St. <br /> <br />Lipton moved the Authority establish the boundaries of the neighborhood as the <br />city limits of the City of Louisville and set the public hearing on the application for <br />a new Hotel and Restaurant Liquor license for Stuffies, LLC d/b/a Stuffies for <br />October 24,2005 at 7:00 PM. Rommelfanger seconded. Roll Call Vote: Lipton <br />- yes, Koertje - yes, Mulvahill - yes and Rommelfanger - yes. Motion carries. <br /> <br />Police Department Reports <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />Secretary's Report <br /> <br />Hanson reported she had granted a motion for continuance for the show cause <br />hearing for Henry's and scheduled it for the October 24th meeting. She also <br />mentioned the sales tax division had been in touch with her concerning late <br />payments from Maharaja Cuisine of India. The Authority determined they wanted <br />to be kept apprised of the situation, but were not ready to order a show cause at <br />this point. <br /> <br />Authority Attorney's Report <br /> <br />Attorney Light updated the Authority on the complaint filed by The Back Room <br />and asked for direction in how to proceed. <br /> <br />Authority Comments <br /> <br />Adjournment - Lipton moved to adjourn at 7:18 p.m. Rommelfanger seconded. <br />All members were in favor.
