Sycamore Ct., Lot 37, Sundance Park Subdivision <br />ZONING:Residential Estate (R-E) <br />REQUEST: Case #12-016-VA – Approval of a variance from Section <br />17.12.040 of the Louisville Municipal Code (LMC) to allow an <br />addition to an existing home, creating a lot coverage of 25% <br />where 20% is allowed. <br />BACKGROUND AND SUMMARY OF PROPOSAL: <br />The applicant, Stephane Eisen, requests a variance from the maximum lot coverage <br />requirement to allow an addition to the front and rear of the house at 456 W. Sycamore <br />Court. The 4,441 square foot lot currently contains a 1,320 square foot single-family <br />house and unfinished basement, and a 360 square foot attached garage.
