CITY COUNCIL COMMUNICATION <br />AGENDA ITEM ___ <br />SUBJECT: NON-PROFIT FUNDING REQEUSTS FOR 2013 <br />DATE:DECEMBER17, 2012 <br />PRESENTED BY: KEVIN WATSON, FINANCE DEPARTMENT <br />SUMMARY: <br />The 2013 adopted budget contains $20,000 for grants/contributions to non-profit <br />agencies. <br />Below is schedule of grants from the City of Louisville to non-profit agencies from 2005 <br />through 2012. Note that the grant program was suspended in 2010 and 2011 due to <br />budgetary constraints. The final column contains funding requests for 2013. Staff <br />distributed the actual request documentation at the November meeting. <br />Note that there has been a late application from Meals on Wheels of East Boulder <br />County in the amount of $3,000. The documentation for this request was sent via e- <br />mail to all members on December 7. <br />The Committee is scheduled to make their final recommendations at the December <br />meeting.
