Commission Questions of Staff: Lipton requested a wording change to the condition. He will provide the revised wording during the motion of approval. Moline inquired about the driveway. McCartney stated the south location allows better access to the site for deliveries. He stated the Public Works Department and the Fire District have approved the driveway. Tengler asked if any neighbors had made comments. McCartney stated there were no comments received. Applicant Presentation: Deepika Avanti, applicant and owner, briefly reviewed the success they have had with the first building they built in the CTC. She stated some of current tenants will be moving to the new building so they can have more space. Commission Questions of Applicant: None heard. Public Comment: None heard. Commission Questions of Staff and the Applicant None heard. Summary Comments and Request from Staff and Applicant: Staff requested approval of Resolution No. 14, Series 2012. Closed Public Hearing – Planning Commission Discussion: Moline, O’Connell, Lipton, Pritchard, Tengler and Russell stated their support of the project. Pritchard moved and Tengler seconded a motion to approve Resolution No. 14, Series 2012 as presented by staff. Lipton proposed a friendly amendment to change the condition to read as follows: “Prior to recordation of the PUD the applicant shall add a note to the document which states the project’s estimated water usage.” Pritchard and Tengler accepted the friendly amendment.
