Mailed <br />to surrounding property owners on September 21, 2012. <br />Conflict of Interest and Disclosure <br />None heard. <br />Staff Report of Facts and Issues <br />Robinson presented the following findings: <br /> <br /> The SRU application is for use only – no exterior expansion of this <br />development because the building they are expanding to is already on the <br />property <br /> <br /> There will not be an increase in the number of students. <br /> <br /> There are no plans to change the square footage of the building they are <br />planning to lease. <br /> <br /> Because there are no plans to expand, the current parking configuration will <br />be adequate. <br />Commission Questions of Staff <br />Moline asked if there were any letters of support from the owners of the new building. <br />Robinson stated no – the letters included in the packet were the only letters received. <br />Applicant Presentation <br />Hillary Skelon, 425 Blue Lake Heron, Lafayette, applicant, stated she agreed with <br />staff’s presentation.
